75 years ago a company for the production of electrical circuit breakers was founded by the brothers Eugen and Willy Eberhard. They engineered and constructed the necessary tools by themselves. The needed punches were produced by hand, individually. They smoothed the way for decades of experience for production of tool components.

In 1962 Eberhard started with the production of dowel pins, and after initial success with customers in the tool making and moulding they began to produce punches. With an increasing relation to tooling and moulding, they opened the view for further possibilities.

Eberhard has joined more and more the market for components in the range of moulds and tools. Today, Eberhard is one of the leading companies in this area. Today, thousands of customers in Germany and in more than 40 countries all over the world trust in the know-how, quality and logistics of Eberhard.

An extensive range of standard part with a large range of dimensions and materials is daily available. As one of the biggest producers, with lot sizes of several thousand pieces per size, Eberhard prides itself on being a competitive partner.

The production of special parts, such as high precision core pins or complex forming punches require the profession of latest machining and measurement technologies. Our profession are tightest tolerances relating to measurement, shape, layer and surface.
