Hasco America Opens Customer Service
Center, Expands Production Capacity

Hasco America's new customer service center at the site of the company's North American headquarters in Arden, North Carolina, is expected to provide more comprehensive and efficient service to customers in the United States.

Hasco America's newest machining facility is also located in Arden. Encompassing 32,000 ft², this state of-the-art plant accommodates three shifts and is capable of lights-out production. On staff are estimators, design engineers, programmers, and quality engineers to ensure quick and efficient service.

The North Carolina facility currently serves customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico with standard and special plate and mold base machining and hot runner systems. It is also the primary stocking location for all standard Hasco components in North America.

Hasco America's California facility will be balanced to focus its service for customers west of the Rocky Mountains. Quotes for special mold bases and hot runner systems and all machining for those products will continue at this site. The facility will also continue to be the West Coast distribution center for standard Hasco products.

Hasco America's two other locations — in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, and Queretaro, Mexico — will continue to be Hasco stocking and distribution facilities. Customer service for Canada and Mexico will continue to be conducted through these locations.
